Simon became a strategist by defying death. In 2002, trying to find a way to convince young men drivers to slow down, he nearly crashed and died. Ben is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the media and communications industry. He began his career in professional services before moving to the communications industry as a Financial Controller at a production company. After that, he was the Finance Director at Burson-Marsteller and more recently at Ogilvy Public Relations. Ben previously spent six months on a contract role with Ogilvy, assisting the business with the transition to WPP, before becoming its Finance & Commercial Director in September 2017. Ben’s strengths lie in commercial & financial management, leadership, problem-solving and people management. What matters to Ben?
