Nikola studied design at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Zagreb.
Siniša Waldinger is Executive Creative Director at Bruketa&Žinić&Grey. He has gained 23 years of experience in marketing and communications. His advertising days originally began at BBDO Zagreb where he started out on his career as a copywriter, but ended up as Executive Creative Director, a shareholder and board member responsible for creative reputation of the agency. His portfolio includes clients and brands such as Karlovačko pivo (Heineken), Croatia Insurance Company, Zagrebačka banka (UniCredit Group), Addiko Bank, Intesa San Paolo Bank, American Express, Pepsi, Wrigley, Croatian Tourist Board, Dr. Oetker, Henkel, Adidas. Siniša is a recipient of numerous professional awards and a jury member of many Croatian and international creative competitions.
Damjan Geber is a co-founder and CEO of Brigada, a sister agency of Bruketa&Žinić&Grey, with its headquarters in Zagreb, Croatia. He earned an architecture degree from the University of Zagreb in 2006, and pursued continuing education in Tokyo, Delft, and Tel Aviv. In the span of more than 13 years of professional experience, Damjan has specialized in spatial communication and user experience, as well as in brand and consumer psychology, thus becoming a pioneer of functional retail design in SE Europe. In 2010 he founded Brigada with the aim of adopting an interdisciplinary and holistic approach to tackling architecture and design projects. Together with a team of architects, designers, behavioral psychologists, and retail consultants, Damjan has designed more than 200 stores, offices, and event interiors for major regional and international clients. Under Damjan’s creative and strong leadership, Brigada has become the most award-winning Croatian experiential interior design agency. It was featured as the first Croatian finalist in the most prestigious architecture festival, the World Architecture Festival (WAF-INSIDE), in 2018.
Maša Ivanov is Client Service Director at Bruketa&Žinić&Grey. She has 13 years of experience in advertising, branding and marketing for Croatian and international clients in the industries such as food, beverages, finance, retail, automotive, pharmaceuticals and government organizations. She holds a degree in economics. After three years in sales and marketing for TNT Express Delivery Croatia, she worked on marketing projects for major Croatian clients in a consultant company. Since 2007 she has worked for advertising agencies, and currently manages and expands the existing Bruketa & Zinic’s client accounts by developing client strategy, building client relationships and delivering client objectives. Her experience encompasses communication strategy development and implementation, creative processes, media planning and buying, events, PR as well as dissemination and awareness raising campaign analysis and design.
Matija Mandić is Finance Director at Bruketa&Žinić&Grey. Previously she worked for Atlantic Grupa, one of the most successful Croatian companies, where she stayed for five years. Matija was first appointed to be Finance Planning and Analysis Manager in the Investor Relations and Business Development, then promoted to act as Finance Director for Atlantic Brands in Moscow, Head of Controlling for Atlantic Multipower Germany in Hamburg, and finally to the position of Finance Director in one of the distribution units within SDU Zone West. Her career originally began at PricewaterhouseCoopers Croatia, where she worked for five years as an Assurance Associate and Senior Consultant in the Audit and Advisory Department. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics majoring in Analysis and Business Planning, and is an ACCA Certified Accountant.
Valentina Bugarin is Account Director at Bruketa&Žinić&Grey in charge of Heineken Croatia and The Coca-Cola Company accounts, as well as five other brands for the CEE markets. Her responsibilities span project planning, development and execution, the agency’s team leadership, client servicing, budget planning, cost analysis, job profitability and new business. Valentina’s experience encompasses communication strategy, marketing communications, industrial and graphic packaging development, corporate and brand visual identity and online communication platforms. Her previous accounts comprised Zagrebačka Banka (UniCredit Group), Croatia Insurance Company, Pliva (pharmaceuticals), Podravka (food), Croatian Paralympic Committee and others. Valentina’s projects are the recipients of two Bronze Effies, one Silver Effie Award, MIXX Croatia and four IdejaX Croatian National Creativity Awards.
