After finishing her studies of design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana, Petra started working as the Art Director at Grey Ljubljana. Today, as Executive Creative Director she leads creative team responsible for the creative excellence and effectiveness of campaigns of the largest local and global brands. Petra is a fierce creative leader. She always trusts her intuition and never gives up. Together with Grey team she has led the agency to the prestigious title of the agency of the year (SOF – Slovene Advertising Festival) and the Adriatic region agency of the year (Balcannes festival), received the title of Creative Director of the Year and won two Cannes Lions at the Cannes Lions International Festival. First Cannes Lions for Slovenia in more than 12 years. Despite the great success, she remains grounded. She maintains her “underdog” mentality, because she believes that the best things arise when you find the power to create everything from scratch all over again.
Spela Zorz has more than 19 years of experience in communications. In her career, she worked on agency's as well as on client's side, thus understanding both sides very well. Since joining Grey Ljubljana, she managed to transform the agency completely, rocketing it to Nr. 1 agency in the local and regional market with a truly integrated offering, multidimensional approach and strategic understanding of client's needs. She considers herself as a hands-on managing director, still working as Media, Client Service and Strategic Director for biggest Grey clients. Advertising is still her favorite passion, followed closely by sports and fast driving.
