Eva Gutierrez is currently CEO of Señora Rushmore and partner since 2000 after 12 years at BBDO where she handled very different accounts such as Repsol, Pepsi, 7UP, Renault, Fox, Iberia Airlines…
She joined the rest of the team to build Señora Rushmore where, in addition to running the agency, she manages Account and Strategy Planning teams as well as clients such as Coca-Cola, Vodafone, Daewoo, Chevrolet, ING, and El Corte Inglés.
Eva believes that leading an agency has everything to do with knowing clients’ heart and core, their real worries and goals, and that working closely together is the real meaning of this job.
Marta Palencia has held multiple leadership positions across the agency.
She is currently Joint General Manager of Señora Rushmore, a “hybrid” position, equally responsible for leading and expanding the agency culture from the #1 creative local agency in Spain into a global and fully digitally integrated agency.
Marta heads up Internal Innovation Lab to identify opportunities for innovation, develop products, services and experiences that demonstrate brand purpose through meaningful actions.
She also directs management of clients, determining the communications agenda with strategic and functional accountability of all Content including Digital-Social for all the TCCC brands, as well as Volvo or Domino´s Pizza.
The last two years she's been in the board of the Club de Creatives, becoming the first member of the board with a management background.
Miguel García Vizcaíno studied Advertising at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid. He began his career as a copywriter in the Advertising Department at El Corte Inglés in 1985. Two years later he started at Tiempo/BBDO, where he worked for 13 years, and as head of the creative department from 1992-2000.
Miguel has been President of the Spanish National Creativity Club and has served on the juries of some of the most prestigious advertising festivals in the world.
Moreover, he has won more than 100 national and international advertising prizes, including a Grand Prix at Cannes this past June, and was named by Forbes magazine as one of the most influential Spaniards of 2017. In 2020 he was celebrated by the Club de Creativos (National Club of Creativity) with a Lifetime Achievement Honor.
He always wanted to play centre forward for Atletico de Madrid.
