Håkan Karlsvärd formed INGO Grey Stockholm in 2011. During Håkan’s time INGO Grey was appointed "Third best Creative Agencies in the World 2016". In addition INGO Grey has been named "6th most innovative communication company in the world 2017" by Fast Company and “12 th most creative agency in the world effectiveness 2017” by Gunn Report and also “Agency of the Year” in both Eurobest & Swedish Effectiveness Award Show.
Under his leadership INGO Grey has built a next-generation management team, won significant new business and grown with current clients. Håkan have formed INGO Grey to be a unique agency that always works media neutral from three dimensions when developing work and ideas for the clients with an approach and thinking that is evidence-based. Earlier in his career, Håkan was COO in a one of the most creative independent agency in Sweden and was responsible for the launch of the Levi’s brand Dockers throw-out Europe.
Being ranked the 7th best creative director in the world in The Big Won Report Björn has been in advertising for 29 years. Eleven of those working for Lowe, in Stockholm and in London. The last 13 years he has been the ECD/CCO and a member of the board of INGO Stockholm. The agency has creatively gone from practically nowhere to win international acclaim: No 6 in Fast Company’s “Most innovative Companies in the world” 2017, Agency of the year in Eurobest 2017 and 3rd best agency in Cannes Lions also 2016. Björn has been a juror of many prominent award shows and he has won some 200 awards, including Titanium and Grand Prix in Cannes and a Black Pencil.
Jonas has spent over 20 years in the international branding world and participating in its development from graphic design into today’s culture & brand experience business. He has worked together with the leader and owners of some of the most iconic brands in the world, for example Scania Trucks and Absolut Vodka. The goal moving forward, is to leverage the role that brilliant and connected design plays in the value creation of international businesses or start-ups with endless ambitions. In his free time Jonas is discovering and exploring ideas, art, litterateur, sports, food, architecture, places and great people.
Marie has over 20 years of experience in the communication industry and has been with INGOGrey since the start in 2011.
Marie has a vast experience and great understanding of Global brands with many stakeholders that have special interests in different markets. She has strong relation building skills and has been, as a lead agency, managing i e the Electrolux Global Account, Wasa Crispbread Northern Europe and BMW Group Nordic.
Besides being solution and result oriented, she has a high ability in building work processes, strong and effective teams, and to create good working climate, across disciplines both within the agency, and with other agency partners in many different countries.
Marie has a rich experience of developing many boundless communication concepts at bothbrand, product and offer levels, some of which has won several awards.
Marie was born and raised in Gävle, a city located 2 hours north of Stockholm. After graduating Marie moved on to study marketing and communication in both Sweden and New York, and did an internship at a NYC based agency. Since then, Marie has worked at several of the most well-known agencies in Sweden and was also part of building an award winning agency from the ground up.
Marie has over 20 years of experience from the advertising industry and has now been with INGO for 2 years, although 15 years ago she was working with former Grey Stockholm.
In her role as Head of Production she is managing a team of 9 Account Managers and 6 Graphic Designers. She believes in building very efficient and flexible production units with many different kinds of experiences and a lot of energy
