Rolf joined Grey Denmark in October 2011, after having spent more than 17 years in various media agencies as Media Planner, Client Service Director, and Managing Director.
Prior to joining Grey, Rolf was Managing Director of Aegis Media in Aarhus, covering Carat, Vizeum, Deep Blue, Isobar, and iProspect, and was co-founder of the media agency that Aegis bought back in 2003 to build a position in Aarhus. Rolf has worked with many different national and international brands during his career in almost every business sector, from retail chains, finance, and furniture to kitchens, cars, travel, airlines, and web portals.
Rolf is married to a Norwegian and has three children, plus a very energetic hunting dog. He is a passionate hunter and fisherman, and please don't disturb him when Manchester United is playing!
Lars established the first communications planning department in the Nordics at Mediaedge:cia, and grew the department to become the largest communications planning entity in the Nordics.
In 2009, he was asked to join UncleGrey as Managing Director. In his first years there, the agency was awarded several Cannes Lions and eurobest awards. In 2010, UncleGrey was selected as Creative Agency of the Year in Denmark.
In 2011, the agency was merged with Grey Copenhagen and he took on the role of Chief Strategic Officer as well as Head of Digital. In that role, he has been part of teams that have won international recognition by winning both gold and silver Cannes Lions as well as several D&AD Pencils and European Effies. Furthermore, the agency was named Digital Agency of the Year in Denmark in 2012.
In 2012, he was asked to join the Grey EMEA team as Digital Strategic Director, collaborating with teams across the region.
In 2013, he completed his MBA thesis at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership with a focus on establishing more innovative and dynamic ways to work with creativity.
In recent years, the agency has been awarded several prestigious awards from the IPA, Euro Effies, and WARC, making UncleGrey the destination for clients that are looking for Famously Effective work.
Josephine joined UncleGrey five years ago, and is responsible for the operations in Copenhagen and client services across both Copenhagen and Aarhus.
Prior to joining UncleGrey, Josephine worked eight years at Bates Y&R, both as a Producer and Account Manager. While working full-time at Bates Y&R, Josephine completed a Marketing Diploma in Economics from Copenhagen Business School.
In 2013, Josephine joined UncleGrey, where she grew from being an Account Director to a Client Service Director and is now Chief Operating Officer. Josephine has handled a lot of clients, and is today, among others, responsible for UncleGrey’s largest account, Bolia.com.
Charlotte joined GREY Denmark in 2003 after finishing a Master of Science in Design and Communication from Copenhagen Business School. She started her career in the planning department and moved into an Account Manager position in 2004. In 2008 Charlotte took an Account Director position at the agency working with some of the largest clients such as Fakta, Christiano Ronaldo for JBS, ONLY and Weber EMEA. During that period, she was part of teams that have won international recognition by winning both gold and silver Cannes Lions, IPA gold, and several D&AD pencils and European Effies. In the role as Chief Operating Officer Charlotte is responsible for the account department and New Bizz. Furthermore, Charlotte still leads some of the agency’s largest clients such as Carlsberg Global, David Beckham fragrances & Burger King.
Lars Dyhr is UncleGrey’s newly appointed Executive Creative Director of Design, and with good reason. Lars brings many years of deep-rooted experience with design in many forms, from co-founding Dansk Magazine in 2002 and FAT Magazine in 2010, to founding LOW Design Studio in 2014 and acting as its Creative Director.
Lars has worked with an impressive and diverse client list, some of which include: Adidas, Pandora, Möet et Chandon, Hay, Louis Poulsen, and many more.
Alongside his work with design, Lars has an entrepreneurial spirit, which led to him co-founding trunkarchive.com—a high-end stock photo agency based in NYC—in 2008, and co-founding the 12.16 bicycle clothing brand in 2014.
Charlotte (Ms. Sc. PR) is responsible for the daily operation of Grey Public; A Public Affairs and PR unit that supports Grey Denmark in the field of integrated solutions, services local PR clients and provide local support to WPP’s global PR and PA clients. For more than 30 years Charlotte has worked in the field of corporate communication and held managing roles both at agencies and organizations. She joined WPP in 2015 (Burson-Marsteller, today BCW) and moved to Grey in 2018 due to restructuring of WPP’s PR offer in Denmark.
Jesper oversees the financial operations of Grey Denmark, including financial planning, client compensation and profitability, client contract management and compliance, budget development, and resource planning. He started his career in auditing and has grown to be a strong business partner to the business and a valued commercial support in client engagements. Jesper holds a Master of Science in Business Economics and Auditing and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Financial and Management Accounting).
Clara Prior-Knock is Creative Director at Uncle Grey. She brings 10+ years of experience working with different brands – creating everything from communication platforms for big brands like McDonald’s, IKEA, and Canon to campaigns for NGOs like UNICEF or awareness campaigns for the Department of Justice and Family in Greenland. Work that has won several creative- and effectiveness-awards both locally and globally. She is educated in San Francisco and has worked in New York, but returned to Denmark in 2011, where she has worked ever since. Besides work, she has done her jury-duty at many award shows – and in her spare time, she is on the board of directors and jury president at the biggest advertising and design award in Scandinavia: Creative Circle. She has also co-founded the first education for copywriters in Denmark, where she teaches the craft of writing over a 6-month course. Her mom says she works too much but luckily, she is having fun doing it.
Andreas joined Grey Denmark in 2019 after years of freelancing, half a decade in New York and a shorter stint as a commercial director, working for global brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Philips, Reebok, Carlsberg and Burger King. With a background in illustration and film, and schooling from both the European Film College, Roger Hatchuel Academy and the Danish School of Creative Communication at DMJX, Andreas has honed his skills and craft in the field of art direction and design. His work has earned him accolades from some of the industry’s leading festivals that honour excellence in creativity, including Cannes Lions, ONE show and CLIO’s as well as recognition across platforms such as ADWEEK, Creativity and Lürzers Archive.
