Adam O’Conor is Regional Chairman and CEO of Grey Group Greater China. Called a “champion of creative ideas” by his peers, he previously served as President, Ogilvy & Mather Group, Asia Pacific, where he led the Global Brand Management Team overseeing a who's who of more than 20 multinational brands in the region. Earlier, he led Ogilvy Hong Kong to new heights of creative and business success winning over 100 international creative and effectiveness awards and being crowned AOTY for 8 consecutive years. A key architect of the Ogilvy network in Asia over the past two decades, having joined the network as a Graduate trainee in London and later Sydney, he has demonstrated vision, creativity, and dynamism in building brands across all communications channels and has an unparalleled grasp of what clients are looking for in a future-facing marketing partner.
Davi has helped companies, brands, and institutions through the practice of creativity and innovation. Working at W+K Tokyo, Boston’s Modernista!, Enso in Los Angeles, and now at Grey Group Greater China, he has applied his practice to both new economy brands like Google, Medium, and Uber and TOMS as well as investing in a number of efforts in tech startups. His work for iconic brands from Nike, Sony, Shiseido, Product (Red) all have a distinct cultural resonance. His background in fine arts coupled with his nomadic life has been a rich inspiration for his work. Recently, he worked on the brand relaunch of Atlantis Paradise Island through an immersive campaign that transformed not only the brand but even the company orientation around co-creating a Bahamian Renaissance. He was instrumental in creating a robust culture and contemporary company with a singular mission to serve both business challenges and the societal, cultural challenges of our time. Besides working with brands, he worked for organizations and institutions including the Nature Conservancy, Clinton Initiative, Equal Rights Amendment, 9/11 Day and TOMS #End Gun Violence Together.
As Head of Strategy for Grey Group Hong Kong, Owen is responsible for driving famously effective work, bringing thought leadership to major Grey clients, attracting and developing world-class talent, and raising the profile of the group’s strategic capabilities.
Owen started his career in New York working as part of an integrated agency team on Bank of America. He then made his way to Shanghai in 2007, where he helped launch global brands and develop China-specific product portfolios. In 2010, he moved on to Hong Kong as Regional Planning Director for the Mars/Wrigley portfolio. Before joining Grey Hong Kong as Head of Strategy in 2017, he spent three years leading a team of cross-functional strategists for a competitive agency.
In addition to being named Greater China Planner of the Year by Campaign magazine, Owen has been awarded at the China, Hong Kong, & APAC Effies; the Asian Marketing Effectiveness Awards; and the Account Planning Group Creative Strategy Awards in London, as well as won the WARC Prize for Asian Strategy.
Originally from the USA, Owen graduated from Yale University with a degree in Political Science.
Adeline graduated top of her school from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts Singapore and moved to Hong Kong in 1986. In partnership with Apple, she transformed Hong Kong’s design landscape by stepping into a new decade of digital design. Always at the forefront of technology, she launched DPI Limited in 1996 to further pioneer digital printing. Her designer background not only founded her strengths in delivering compelling creativity and professional artwork, but helped her clients achieve astounding results in the retail shopper market. A recipient of the “Chinese Entrepreneur in Innovation and Excellence” award, Adeline’s entrepreneurship and strategic capabilities have been the driving force behind the success of Grey DPI as the agency continues to break new ground in design innovation and retail communications disciplines. With keeping the future in mind, Adeline ensures that her teams bring consumer-centric solutions to every client as they lead brands towards a growing digitally connected market.
A leading art-based creative, Helen has over 20 years of experience in driving creative excellence for global brands across various industries. With her work expanding across renowned global agencies including GREY, O&M, DraftFCB, Euro RSCG, BBDO GZ and Saatchi & Saatchi, Helen has been integral in elevating the brand presence for the likes of Olay, Wrigley, Braun, Fancl, Orange, Galaxy, Wellcome, Hong Kong Tourism Board, as well as a variety of brands under P&G. Her work has been recognized globally, winning awards at the New York Festival, Times Asia-Pacific Advertising Awards, Longxi Awards and Hong Kong Kam Fan Awards. With her passion for advertising and an inherent understanding of what consumers need, she strives to bring excellent work forward with her team.
Nicole brings over 15 years of account leadership experience across multiple industries and scale of business including FMCG, beauty and property. Prior to joining Grey DPI, Nicole served as Senior Marketing Manager at Sa Sa Cosmetic where she developed marketing strategies for owned brands. She also served as the regional lead at Williams Lea Tag for Estée Lauder Group and managed business development as well as marketing supply chain services across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. Nicole also holds expertise in shopper marketing and through-the-line brand activations with her work at GREY DPI with clients such as SK-II, Olay, Panadol, Sensodyne, Darlie and Nescafé.
With over 20 years in the industry and having founded Brand Communications International Limited which was acquired by WPP in 2010, Henry’s innovative designs and attention to detail has led to his exceptional reputation in the advertising industry, and helped elevate GREY DPI’s international client base. Henry has built a solid professional relationship with international clients such as GSK and Johnsons & Johnsons and works with his teams to come up with innovative designs to enhance retail shopper experiences.
An experienced digital marketer and account servicing professional, Jeffrey works with brands with his technological knowledge, business acumen and creativity to drive changes and help them reach their business goals. For over 10 years, Jeffrey has worked with renowned global and local agencies including Wunderman AGENDA, Publicis Hong Kong and Uth Creative Group to name a few, where he led brands such as AIA, AXA, The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, Starbucks, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Alibaba, Friesland Campina and more with their digital marketing needs across mobile, web, social, e-commerce and data analysis. Jeffrey is committed to delivering the best solutions to clients and growing their business as a close partner. Internally, he fosters growth within his teams and ensures that every member reaches their potential.
Carsine is a home-grown talent who specializes in the human resources practice in Grey. Believing that the department is vital and indispensable in delivering positive impacts to the business, she oversees a wide spectrum of HR missions, responsibilities and activities including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, regulatory compliance as well as training and development. As a multi-tasker, she possesses extensive knowledge in a fast-paced environment to work with cross-regional, cross-functional operation units and business partners. Graduated with a bachelor degree of Business Administration and acquired further academic tutelage in Human Resources Management, Carsine also holds a Professional Membership in the HKIHRM.
