Zinka es licenciada en Ciencias de la Comunicación en la Universidad de Lima. Actualmente se desempeña como CEO de Circus Grey. Tiene 25 años de experiencia en publicidad. Trabajó en grandes redes como Leo Burnett, McCann, JWT y Grey. Durante 25 años ha colaborado con la construcción de marcas poderosas en la industria y ha liderado las cuentas retail más grandes del país, como Saga Falabella, Tottus, Maestro, Sodimac, entre otras.
Jose Luis Rivera Y Pierola began his career in 1994. He worked at agencies such as Ogilvy, TBWA and Leo Burnett. He is also the winner of the first Cannes Lion for Peru with P&G.
He has a wide range of experience working in agencies outside of Peru. First, he was Leo Burnett's Creative Director in Miami for brands such as Visa, Sony and P&G. Then, he became the CCO at Leo Burnett Puerto Rico and Lápiz Chicago for all P&G Hispanic markets, as well as McDonald's. He has won international awards such as D & AD, London Festival, FIAP, El Sol and New York Festival.
In 2008, he returned to Peru and founded Circus, the leading agency within the local market, where he was Creative Director until 2013. Afterwards, he was a founding partner of CARNE, a smaller agency that with only 4 years since its launch, won the Best In Show at the local IDEAS festival, the Grand Effie Awards and the Grand Effie LATAM with its client Cemento APU.
He is currently the General Creative Director of Circus Grey.
Charlie es un surfista nato. Estudió en el Instituto Peruano de Publicidad (IPP) y comenzó su carrera como editor creativo en Ogilvy en 2005. Su pasión por las buenas ideas le llevó rápidamente a trabajar con otras agencias importantes, como McCann, Erickson y Leo Burnett. Posteriormente, en 2014, pasó a ser el director creativo de Circus Grey. Ha sido el responsable de numerosas ideas “Famously Effective” (popularmente efectivas) y su trabajo ha sido reconocido y premiado en festivales importantes como el de Cannes, el Effie, Apap, Ideas Award, Fiap, El Ojo de Iberoamérica y El Sol de San Sebastián. También ha sido miembro del jurado en varios de esos eventos. Actualmente es uno de los miembros del distinguido Consejo Creativo Global de Grey, constituido por diez de los líderes creativos la red de Grey más reconocidos del mundo. Valeria has a degree in Psychology from the Universidad de Lima and a Communications degree from ESAN, a combination that has enabled her to successfully develop for more than 16 years in the advertising media.
She began her career at JTW in 2003. After 6 years, she started at Circus working with different clients. Later on, she joined Mayo FCB and after 4 years she became part of Circus Grey as Director of New Business.
She has led projects for local and global clients such as L'bel, Kraft Foods, Bayer, BCP, Prima, Promperu, Unacem, Mead Johnson, Química Suiza, Clorox, SAB Miller, among others. She has successfully participated in bidding processes for the agencies she worked with and obtained different awards as Grand Effies, Golden Effies and Silver Effies, as well as other awards from the advertising industry.

Renzo Talavera is an advertising producer with more than 18 years of experience in national and international projects.
In 2011, he joined Circus as a Production Supervisor, and worked for Tottus and Sodimac. In a short time, he became the Production Director of the Falabella Group. Afterwards he moved on to become the General Production Director of Circus Grey, carrying out well- known campaigns for local clients: BCP Group, Gloria Group, Falabella Group, Claro and San Fernando, as well as some global clients such as P&G (US).
Renzo is also head of Townhouse Peru, a transnational production company, part of Grey Group and headquartered in one of the most important cities in the world, New York City.
Luciana Pigati has more than 20 years of experience managing communication strategies and projects for some of the biggest brands in the country.
Her career began in EURO RSCG in 1996, two years later she started at DDB and then moved onto SAATCHI &SAATCHI for seven years. At that time, she focused on management, customer service and communications for many local brands in Peru such as Alicorp, Grupo Romero, Backus and Grupo El Comercio, she also worked with some global brands like Abbott.
In 2008, Luciana had the opportunity to manage a local design studio called Axis Consultores, in those two years she explored and developed her passion for strategy, identity and design. This opportunity brought her closer to brands and projects that gave her a new perspective on her career and what she would like to do in the future.
Later in 2010, she joined Circus as an Account Director to manage a group of the main brands of the agency. Since 2011, she has been the Managing Director of Brandlab, the brand consulting and design studio of Circus Grey.
Brandlab was founded in 2008 at Circus, and today it is the leading brand consulting studio in Peru.
Ernesto es Ingeniero Industrial graduado de la Universidad Sergio Arboleda en Colombia, con un MBA enfocado en Finanzas y un Posgrado en Dirección financiera y contable. Trabajo en Bogotá, para empresas de IPG como Huge y Mccann Worldgroup, en Dirección Financiera y Contable, manejo de equipos administrativos, recursos humanos, nómina y tecnología. Llegó a ser parte de Circus Grey en abril del 2019, liderando el equipo financiero de la agencia, logrando un equipo sólido y estable, basado en respeto y tolerancia.
Nicolás es responsable del diseño y ejecución de estrategias de marca, estrategias digitales, amplificaciones de campaña, estrategias de contenido y estrategias de influencers. Formo parte del proyecto Virtual Educa (2015) de INTEL Corp. en la conceptualización del panel Mujeres Visibles desarollado de la mano de CARE International y UNICEF. Ha diseñado estrategias de comunicación y recaudación para Ponle Corazón (2017 y 2018), realizado proyectos con influencers de la mano de Juguete Pendiente, campañas de concientización pro-bono con Epicentro, entre otros. Entre las marcas que ha manejado durante su trayectoria están: Pilsen, Plaza Vea, Sociedad Nacional de Minería, BBVA, Real Plaza, Movistar, Grupo Gloria, Banco de Crédito del Perú, Divemotor, UPC, Graña y Montero, KFC, UNACEM, Claro, entre otras.
Daniel lidera todas las acciones digitales de la agencia, tanto para nuestros clientes como propias. Cuenta con 20 años de experiencia, iniciando su carrera en 2 de los principales portales de internet del país: Perú.com y Terra Networks, donde desarrolló su carrera ligada a plataformas digitales y tecnología. En el 2009 asume el puesto de Director Digital en Robby Ralston Creative Consulting, elaborando estrategias, desarrollando campañas y gestionando ecosistemas digitales. Algunas marcas con las que le tocó trabajar son: Rimac, Honda, UNACEM, Falabella, BCP, Universidad Científica, BMW, UPC, Inmobiliari, Hino, Talma, Tottus, UPN, Cementos Apu, Qroma, Gloria, Cerro Verde, Mercedes-Benz, DirecTV, KFC, entre otros. Actualmente dirige un equipo multi-disciplinario basado en 3 expertises: Social Media, Análisis y Programación.
