Before joining Grey in May 2020, Joanna Modzelewska had been connected to IPG network for 9 years, starting as a financial controller and being promoted to the CFO position after three years. She has also gained experience in the medical industry, successfully establishing a new operational entity for foreign shareholders.
Joanna graduated with a degree in Financial Management at Warsaw Open University, where she also gained her MBA diploma. She has also perfected her knowledge and competences at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in post-graduate studies. She is currently part of the ACCA program.
Joanna follows the “Kai Zen” rule in both her professional and private life.
Jakub joined Grey Poland in 2013. He is one of most awarded creative directors in Poland, having won three Cannes Lions, a Grand Prix from the Art Directors Club of Europe festival, an Effie Grand Prix, and three Golden Drum Grand Prix awards, as well as Golden Drum Agency of The Year and many others.
Before joining Grey, Jakub worked for Saatchi & Saatchi Warszawa and Saatchi & Saatchi London, where he co-created global communication for Carlsberg. He also co-created Change Agency as partner and creative director between 2008 and 2013.
After hours (limited though they are), Jakub is also active as a screenplay author. One of his ideas has been developed into a feature film—After.Life, starring Liam Neeson and Christina Ricci. He is also the author of the screenplay for a recent Canal+ television series, Raven.
Adam joined Grey Poland in 2015 with 15 years of previous advertising and business experience from Change Integrated, BBDO Warszawa, and G7/D’Arcy Warszawa, where he was responsible for planning and agency development.
He has been engaged with large brands both on the agency side and as a marketing consultant. Adam integrates Grey’s offerings within digital, shopper, business consulting, and PR as well as supervises communication solutions created within Grey Group, with a focus on new trends and consumer groups.
Adam has been a member of award juries and a winner of multiple Effie awards. He has also lectured at Post-Graduate Studies of Modern Promotion and Warsaw School of Economics.
Joanna joined Grey Poland in 2015. Before that, she had been active in diverse areas of marketing and advertising throughout her 15-year-long career. Joanna worked for Saatchi & Saatchi Warszawa for 10 years, of which she was Managing Director for two years. She also managed Scholz & Friends for another two years; then she joined Touchideas, a strategic advisory company, where she was responsible for business development. She has also been active as an independent expert in brand strategy and communication. Joanna partnered with numerous retail and FMCG brands: Carrefour, Kaufland, Rossmann, IKEA, Procter & Gamble (Ariel, Pampers, Olay, Head & Shoulders), Novartis, Tchibo, Cadbury Wedel, Carlsberg, Maspex Wadowice (Kubuś, Tymbark), as well as BNP Paribas, Visa, and Mastercard.
Michał started his advertising career more than 20 years ago at Lowe GGK. He was then part of Saatchi & Saatchi Group Poland for 12 years, managed Team One agency, and worked for Havas and McCann. Michał has had the opportunity and pleasure of working for numerous clients, including: Cussons, Nationale-Nederlanden, Toyota, Lexus, AXA, P&G, Wedel, Polkomtel, Axel Springer, Carlsberg, IKEA, Pekao SA, Orange, Peugeot, Coca-Cola, mBank, Volvo, Orlen, and LOT. Many of the campaigns that he has co-created have been awarded with more than 10 Effie and creative awards.
Michał is also member of the Innovation Awards organizational committee.
Helena has been active in digital advertising for the past 11 years. She joined Grey in 2004 and has been a Digital Communication Manager since 2009. As a UX expert, she also worked at HUGE New York. Helena has developed communications for multiple Polish and international brands, including Allianz, GlaxoSmithKline, Warner Music Group, Allegro, Play, Telekomunikacja Polska, Cyfra+, PKO BP, Dell, Volkswagen, Toshiba, British American, and Tobacco Poland.
Helena graduated from Warsaw University.
Anna Green has been with Grey since 2010. She is responsible for managing processes in audio and video production. Anna is also the regional producer for P&G EMEA. Before joining Grey, she worked for Film It Studio and Cut/Cut (DDB Group). She was also part of Testardo Red Cell agency for six years, where she developed her career from Key Account Manager to Group Account Director.
Anna started her career in advertising in 1995. She graduated from Cultural Studies specializing in Film at the University of Lodz.
Michał Olbrychowski has over 18 years of experience in communications consulting, public relations, marketing, and media. Before joining Cohn & Wolfe Poland, part of Grey Group Poland, he worked as Director and Competence Leader in Communications Consulting at Deloitte Consulting. Prior to his time at Deloitte, Michał was part of Havas PR Warsaw, where he worked for 10 years, and where he was Managing Director for three years. He specializes in corporate communications (including crisis and internal), employer branding, CSR and integrated campaigns.
