Recognized as one of the most complete executives in the Brazilian Communication market for the results achieved in a 23-year career built in some of the most emblematic local and multinational Ad agencies, as well as for her innovation-driven leadership in the media field. Luciana was the General Manager of BuzzFeed Brazil and Vice President of Innovation for Warner Media Latin America. Prior to that, Luciana had a remarkable career in Advertising, from the very beginning at W/Brasil. Moving on and up, she led strategical efforts and teams at F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi and JWT, where she was head of the Clients Services area, where she had the opportunity to lead some of the top Fortune 500 brands. Married and mother of two girls, Luciana Rodrigues set as her personal mission to collaborate for the women empowerment in the corporate world, participating in diverse groups that promote the acceleration of women positions of leadership. Luciana is member of the Advisory Board of JA Worldwide and part of the AMCHAM Brazil’s Executive committee.
Maria Pirajá joined Grey Brazil in 2015 as the Business Director. Her mission was to leverage and expand Pantene’s brand presence in Latin America. In the following years Maria led other important local and global brands besides Pantene, such as Gillette, Volvo, Reclame Aqui and Devassa.
In 2019, she became the Business VP and started leading a very diverse team of strategic thinkers, who were committed to searching/finding new growth opportunities for all clients in an interconnected world.
With over 10 years of experience, Maria graduated in both Communications and Publicity at PUC-RJ and Tourism and Hospitality Management in Scotland. She has also worked in other big agencies like Ogilvy, NBS and Santa, where she helped leverage top brands such as Coca-Cola, GSK, British American Tobacco, O Boticário Group and Oi
Érica is an advertising professional and has 14 years of experience in Marketing, Digital and CRM. Her career started as a client at Credicard and Itaú in the Product Marketing area. The last stop before Grey has been at RAPP Brasil, for 7 years, as director of Data Intelligence. Erica was responsible for the Business Intelligence and Database Marketing units, serving accounts in several industry such as MasterCard, Itaú, Vivo, BMW Group, Pepsi, Volkswagen and Raízen. In 2017, she joined with the Grey Brazil team, as Business Intelligence director, with the challenge of developing the area and strengthening data driven mindset and contributing to data-based strategic thinking.
