Marco Milesi is Chief Executive Officer of Grey Latin America. Marco came to Grey after his Peruvian agency, Circus, was acquired by Grey/WPP in 2013, becoming CEO of Grey Circus for six years. Under his leadership, Circus quadrupled net sales and launched Brand Lab (branding) and Carne (Brand and Ad Consultancy), transforming Grey Circus into Grey’s biggest office in Latin America. He also worked for P&G Italy; Leo Burnett in Hungary, Russia, Italy, Peru, and Colombia; and Lowe in Spain and Singapore. Prior to becoming CEO of Latin America, he was CEO of Grey Mexico, a title he still holds. An avid football player, he uses skills from the sport in his business approach, including Team Building and Leading, Focus on Results, Ability to Score (goals in soccer, NB in advertising), and Winning Big.
Luis was born in Mexico, but grew up and studied his entire advertising career in France, graduating with a Masters Degree in Marketing and Advertising Strategy at the University of Paris Pantheón-Assas. Following his studies, he started his career as a creative in agencies such as Lowe Lintas, J. Walter Thompson, Publicis and LittleBig. In 2007, he joined DoubleYou Barcelona where he immersed himself in the digital world as a creative director. In October 2011, after 20 years in Europe, he moved to Mexico and founded DoubleYou's first headquarters as Creative General Director: with two Grand Prix in two years, he placed DoubleYou in the top ten of the most creative agencies in Mexico in the Círculo Creativo 2013 and as number 1 in the ranking of digital marketing agencies in the IAB Conecta 2014 awards. Winner of Cannes, One Show, New York Festivals, el Sol, FIAP, Ojo de Iberoamérica, Eurobest, EFFIE, IAB , Quorum and the Golden Circle among others, Luis has accumulated more than 180 festival awards including 7 Grand Prix achieved in different disciplines. He is responsible for the last two Golden Lions of Mexico in Cannes, including the first Cyber Golden Lion in the history of the country with the Comex ColorMaps campaign. In 2014, he joined J. Walter Thompson México as Creative General Director, adding the responsibility of Chief Integration Officer. In 2015, he joined Proximity BBDO as Managing Director and maximum creative leader of the agency, assuming in parallel the role of Chief Integration Officer of BBDO. In May 2016, when Google him to join the company as Head of Creative for Mexico and SpLatam, supporting various countries in the region. In November 2018, he joined Uber as Executive Creative Director for LATAM. These two experiences made him the only Latin American professional to have led creativity in two of the largest technology companies in the world. From December 2016 to January 2019, he also assumed the presidency of the Creative Circle of Mexico. He is a proud board member of the conspiracy to change advertising.
Coral Arnedo is the General Business Director of Grey Mexico. She started working for Grey in 2016, after a year she became part of the Business team of Marco Milesi and with his support they were able to give a considerable turnaround and customer growth to the agency. Coral started working 16 years ago in BTL in agencies like Circus Marketing, after 6 years Coral worked in agencies like JWT, McCann Ericsson, Commonwealth and Vertice. A constant in her career has been the car industry, managing brands like Chevrolet, Honda, and Volvo, now cars is one of their passions!
Alma Jordán is Head of Strategy of Grey Mexico. She started 15 years ago as a copywriter, working in both offline and online worlds. She also worked at Wunderman as Creative Director and then stepped into the social media world as Content Strategy Director at Crossmedia (now VML). That was a turning point in her career because she discovered that strategy was only a different form of creativity. Happily, Grey gave her the opportunity to put her theory into practice. She is passionate about books and reading and puts everything she has ever read at the service of brands that have an engaging story to tell.
Mary Ramos is a public relations and marketing specialist with extensive agency experience, having worked for over five years in the industry as a communications consultant. Mary specialized in new business development, client relations, media training, content strategy and day-today counsel for a wide variety of clients including SAMSUNG, Dropbox, Driscoll’s Berries, Pinterest, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment & more.
Mary has experience training top executives, developing brand messaging and guiding public relations campaigns for clients in the corporate and consumer technology space.
Mary’s background also includes work with NBCUniversal, AEG Worldwide and Allison+Partners. Mary joined GREY México in February 2019 as a copy writer for NOKIA North America and as a project manager, managing borderless projects for Townhouse México.
Mary holds a bachelor’s degree in both business administration and public relations from the University of Southern California.
